When I try to efile my 1099s the page to connect to Intuit just keeps loading and does not connect How do you fix this?

I keep getting the following message when I go to efile my 1099s "Please wait while we load the 1099 efile service" Help please, how do I fix this or connect? What is going on?

I had a similar problem.

 

Trying changing to CHROME.
