As of now, we don't have a specific time frame as to when the Form 941 for 2020 will be available. Our engineers are still preparing to ensure it's accuracy and there's no need for you to contact your state or federal agency. Rest assured, we will always do our best to release them as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can check your Payroll Tax center from time to time by going to the Taxes menu and select Payroll Tax. You can also visit this article from time to time to stay current with the available forms: Forms unavailable (blocked) - Federal and State Forms.
I've got a link here that provides you with articles about managing your tax forms: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/taxes/tax-forms/08?product=QuickBooks%20Online.
Our doors are open 24/7 to help you. Keep me posted if you need a hand with filing the forms or any QBO related. Keep safe and stay healthy.
I have a work-around for this issue but not within QB. IRS.gov has a fillable Form 941 and I just fill and print the voucher. Not as convenient as QB but workable.
