Welcome, @ diortiz96 and thank you for coming to the QuickBooks Community for assistance. I have some insight on seeing your Payroll totals to pass along.
This information can be found on the Payroll Summary Report, it still shows the employees but if you scroll to the bottom it shows the totals. Another report that may work for you would be the Payroll Details Report. This report has an option "Summary by employee", which makes it so only one line shows up per employee and still has the totals at the bottom.
To access any report for QuickBooks Online Payroll:
- Click Reports from the left pane.
- Under All Reports, select Manage Payroll.
- Click the desired report. In this case, you can use the Payroll Summary Report or the Payroll Details Report.
