where do i find the employee with a pending paper check to be issued

We can navigate to the Employee List to find the employee whose direct deposit was changed to a paper check, Skinsey1.

Employees who will receive a paper check or direct deposit will be listed according to their payment method setup.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to My Apps and click the Payroll tab, then choose the Employees tab.
  2. Select the Employee's Name to open their profile.
  3. From there, look under the Payment Method section.
  4. Choose employee and change the setup to direct deposit by clicking the Edit option to identify employees whose direct deposit bank details have been removed.
  5. Select Save once done.

If the paycheck has already been created, you will find it in the Paycheck List.

Follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu.
  2. Select the Employees tab and click the Paycheck List.
  3. Locate the specific paycheck for the employee. Paychecks marked as "Check" are the ones ready to be printed and issued.
  4. You can also review the payment history for that employee to view prior paycheck details.
