Why are hours listed when I start a scheduled payroll?

I have QB Enterprises with Enhanced Payroll. We have 2 companies. I just took over the payroll for the second company and when I start a scheduled payroll there are hours already listed there. How do I get rid of those hours so I can enter myself? My first company it doesn't do that.

I'll guess that the option to copy the hours from the last payroll is set. If so, then if you turn it off the hours will stop pre-filling. To change the setting, go to Edit | Preferences | Payroll & Employees | Company Preferences and then de-select the options "Copy earnings details from previous paycheck", "Recall quantity fields on paychecks", and "Recall hour fields on paychecks".

That fixed it. I was trying to see both companies and compare. I thought I had everything the same but I tried this and it worked. Thanks.
