Why did my employees not receive their direct deposit pay?

My employees always get paid via direct deposit every other Friday. However, they did not get paid this time. When I look in QBO it shows that the payroll has been processed but the employees did not receive their paycheck. I even got an email that showed the direct deposit was being withdrawn from the bank and paid out but it never did.

Why did my employees not receive their direct deposit pay?

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
