I'm here to help find out why you have a show trip on your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app, even if you didn't make it. This way, we can fix the problem as soon as possible.
Make sure you do not log into your account on any other mobile phone or computer. With this, I recommend that you check your application settings or your computer's website to know where you currently signed in to your account.

If you haven't logged in to other devices, I'd recommend contacting our technical support team. They can investigate the root cause of why you encountered this in your account. This should not show a trip as long as the vehicle is not in use.

I've checked my settings and I am only on QBSE on my phone and my desktop for Google devices.
I will contact support during business hours. The mileage trip logged was actually from that location to my home and nothing else. And like I said, I was home all day and did not leave my home.
