Securing your mileage data is my top priority, @lesleykimllc-gma.
I'm here to help find out why you have a show trip on your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app, even if you didn't make it. This way, we can fix the problem as soon as possible.
Make sure you do not log into your account on any other mobile phone or computer. With this, I recommend that you check your application settings or your computer's website to know where you currently signed in to your account.
If you use a google account on your QBSE, here's how to check where you currently signed using a browser:
- Go to your Google Account.
- On the left navigation panel, select Security.
- On the Your devices panel, review the lists.
- Click Sign out if applicable.
If you haven't logged in to other devices, I'd recommend contacting our technical support team. They can investigate the root cause of why you encountered this in your account. This should not show a trip as long as the vehicle is not in use.
Here's how:
- Open your QBSE app, then click the message icon on the bottom part.
- Type talk to a human until you see the I still need a human tab.
- Tap Message an agent, then Let's go.
- Complete the necessary fields and submit the request.

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
