Why is my payroll saying unable to withdraw funds?

Let's get your payroll working. You'll want to run some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Use the incognito mode or private browsing when opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) to check if this is a cache-related issue. Thus, the webpage is preventing the online program from producing the form.


Here are the following steps:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After that, go back to the payroll center and process a payroll again. If it's working fine, proceed with clearing the browser's cache. This process will optimize the QBO experience. If you're still getting the same result, use the supported browser and pull up the form from there.

Why is my payroll saying unable to withdraw funds?

I was on the phone with one of the support teams last saturday and was told he will call me today and fix this lingering problem of not being able to run payroll since Dec 13. I am not able to even pay Colorado payroll taxes that is showing on to Pay link online. Why is it taking too long to fix this? The issue is a balance of $2.73 that was paid by wire on 12/13/23. They told me everything will be back to order after paying this small amount. Well, why is it still not allowing me to withdraw funds? Very disappointed with Quickbooks. I need to pay my employees today. Can you help expedite this concern?

Are you getting any error messages when running payroll? Usually. after you've reached out to our support team, every issue is noted and referred to a designated team for us to expedite this. If you haven't received an update, I recommend contacting them again so you'll be informed if ever there are things that you'll have to do. This way, your issue will be properly coordinated if there's an involvement with a higher tier or if you still need to do a certain process to resolve this. To contact our phone support, follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
