If you see an error message while processing payroll or if there are unusual behavior between the browser, such as missing features, or glitches, we recommend starting by clearing your cache and Intuit-specific cookies to ensure you're using the latest data and to fix any issues caused by outdated information. You can also use updated or other supported browsers to resolve compatibility issues.
If the issues are related to managing Employee Setup, Payments, Taxes, or Forms, we suggest reaching out to our Live Support Team for further assistance. They’ll securely review your account and provide personalized help to resolve the issue:
