If it's because your paychecks weren't deposited, they are aware of the issue and it has supposedly been resolved (checks should be deposited by end of business today). They closed the chat and call back features, my guess is that they were overwhelmed with calls.
Phone lines are now open. We temporarily suspended calls to prevent long hold times as we resolved a direct deposit payroll issue. Employees should receive paychecks by end-of-day today.
