I am having the same problem. Payroll for each employee says it has been processed and will be paid by the end of today. It is usually paid right after mid-night.
Same for my company and employees, hopefully it will be resolved asap bc Monday is a Federal Holiday which means employees might not get paid until Tuesday. First thing this morning when I was notified that employees didn’t receive their deposits I checked the bank account and the funds had not been deducted, but I checked again a bit ago and the finds are now out of the account with the payroll transactions pending so hopefully that means that Quickbooks is working on it. There is another thread where Quickbooks support was saying it is due to scheduled maintenance, but I don’t believe for a minute they would schedule maintenance on the Friday before a holiday. If that was the case, I would think they would have notified their customers, but again it is Quickbooks we are talking about so who knows.

There's been a delay in the notification when processing the payroll funds. However, there's no actual impact on the money movement, and the funds will be deposited soon. You can check the status here: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/.

That sounds frustrating, especially with the holiday timing. Hopefully, QuickBooks sorts it out quickly and your employees get paid without further delays. It’s strange they didn’t notify customers about the maintenance, but fingers crossed it gets resolved soon.
