I know some resolutions to get around this query about your employee being unable to set up a workforce account and saying the email address has already been used.
Beforehand, please ensure that they use a different email for a workforce they use to sign in to QuickBooks Online if your employee has access to your QBO.
If you're still unable to access your login credentials, you can reset your password or user ID on the QuickBooks Workforce website.
If the issue persists after trying those fixes, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team. They can look further into your account safely to investigate this matter and find possible resolutions. Here's how:
- Go to Help (?), then click Contact Us.
- Please enter your question and select Let's talk.
- Review and Select from the following: Ask the community, Have us call you, or Chat with us.
