Buy nowWe had Quickbooks Online with Direct Deposit and our employees signed up for WorkForce.
QBO didn't work for us, so we have migrated to Enterprise Desktop 2023.
Still using Direct Deposit, but one employee (we are a 6 employee company) mentioned that they are unable to log in to WorkForce. Do they need to re-enroll in WorkForce now that we have migrated to Enterprise Desktop?
How are you today, @Finaco?
I hope you're doing well and enjoying the day so far.
Is the employee receiving a certain error message when trying to log in? It sounds like maybe your employee forgot their login credentials. If this is the case, they can simply change their password. Hi Tori
We very recently migrated from Desktop Pro (with standard payroll) to Enterprise (with enhanced payroll).
Some of the employees can get into their workforce to see all paychecks past and new, but several of them can sign in but it shows nothing for the year. What can i do to fix this situation so all have access?
