When I invite new employees and they complete their part of the i-9 form, I get an invitation to fill the employer side of that form. The problem is that the form shows and old business address I previously used by default and I have to change it manually every time there is a new hire. I called support but they said my addresses are all updated in all places and couldn't figure out why it's happening. Any advise on that?

Please know that the address used in your tax and eligibility forms is the legal address you entered in the Account and settings in QBO. This way, they can check the information you have in the system and determine the root cause of the problem.
