WHERE CAN WE ACCESS PPP LOAN DOCUMENTS

Hi there, @lbhamllc.

I appreciate you communicating with the lender and Intuit support to get this resolve. Also, this is not the kind of experience I want you to undergo. I'm here to ensure you're able to get your loan number, so you can submit your second loan as soon as possible.

You can access the documents along with the loan number on the treasury email or papers you've received when your first loan is approved. The report contains the complete details that you need in your second application.

Since you've said that there are no supporting documents, I'd suggest communicating directly to the PPP supports. They have tools to check and present you with the SBA loan number. You can contact them in either of the action listed below.

  1. Log in to QBO and choose Capital.
  2. Click the PPP Center button and hit Live chat.
  3. Complete the needed information.

Using direct chat:

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Paycheck-Protection-Program/23465/view.
  2. Enter the required data.
  3. Hit Submit.

I'd also share this information with you about the qualification for a second loan in PPP loan for your reference.

I've added these pages below about handling the various documents, funds outlined by the SBA, and other relevant topics.

Let me know if you have any other QuickBooks questions. I'm always here to help and answer them for you. Keep safe!
