Activation Problems

Good Day!!

I am trying to move Desktop Pro 2021 from one laptop to another.  When I try to activate it it goes through the motions, to the point where it gives me the product registration information.  Then I press close, and it goes to the screen where I can open an existing company. When I click on it, it takes me back to the activation screen, and it does this over and over again.  I tried restarting...I tried removing it from my other laptop.  I tried repairing it...I'm out of ideas...I have verified that I entered the correct License and Product Number.  Does anybody have any idea what is going on here?

I appreciate the steps you've taken to resolve your concern. Since the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team to help activate QBDT on your behalf. They may also raise an investigation regarding this matter if necessary. To do that, go to this link: What can we help you with?. Then, choose the product and click Continue.

 

Moreover, you can back up your company file in QBDT as a save point for your accounting data.

Can you access CAMPS as the Primary Contact and find your license code there?

Login to your CAMPS and make sure you can find your license code there

https://camps.intuit.com/

 

Then you can contact Intuit Support and ask for your activation code if required.
