Given the recent fiasco with the sales tax feature and the constant upselling by QB I'm considering reverting back to the desktop version. We are a small company and I can access our files from anywhere as long as I can get online. We're mac based so I'd get the latest apple version (I think I can get by with the lowest level: Simple Start). Anyone else do this? I'll have to go back to sending files to our accountant, but I seriously do not need even 2/3's of the features and don't like the complications caused by QB launching new features before they're bug-free.
When did you convert your data from QBD Mac to QBO?
We switched over in January.
The converter tool from QBO only runs on the QB Desktop Windows version. Consider to buy a 3rd party service to convert data only from QB Online to QB Desktop for Mac.
Has anyone recommend such a 3rd party software who has actually used it for this purpose? TIA!
