Application will not launch after installation. Appears to be opening and then closes without launch.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times.  I have reached out to support, but only get transferred or given another number to call.

Which QB Desktop year version and Windows OS do you run?

QB Pro 2020, 6th edition.  When installed, the default edition that shows is Quickbooks Premier, Accountant (per the download and install instructions)

OS is Windows 10 Enterprise.

 

I am installing on my work computer and have talked to my IT people and they said my computer far exceeds what is required to support the program and that there is nothing on my computer that would block the install.

What do you mean with QB Desktop 2020 Pro, 6th edition? If you are using QB Desktop US version, you can download thee latest release version (R13) for QB Desktop 2020 Pro edition from the following source
