Join nowPlease tell me what version of QuikBooks I have
Welcome to Community, Joe50brown.
I'd be glad to show you how to determine which version of QuickBooks you have.
You'll know which version of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) you're using by pressing F2 or Ctrl+1 while QuickBooks is running to display the Product information window. Then, go to the file section in order to find the version you have used.
I've attached screenshots as your reference.

@LeizylM Actually, the text you highlighted absolutely does not tell you the QuickBooks Version/Release you are running. It is a list of QuickBooks versions and releases that the current company file has been opened with over time.
For most version-years, if you see several releases for that year, you could be running any of them, since they will all open the file. Also, "V30.0D R5", for example, is more of an internal designation, as your screenshot shows, which maps to QuickBooks 2020 and Enterprise 20.0. For most people, it's not that useful if they're trying to figure out the version-year they have, as Intuit markets it.
Yes, the QuickBooks version-year and SKU appear at the top of the QuickBooks window, in the title.
For example, this is how Enterprise Accountant 19.0 looks:
The F2 dialog window will show you the version-year, the SKU, and the patch Release. This is located at the top of the window, not in the Versions Used on File list:
