Convertng from QBDT to QBO

My client will be converting from 2018 QB Desktop to QBO. The problem is that the customer list is so large that the QBDT file may be corrupted. I advised that she get Intuit's help with converting the data. What is the best  phone number for her to call to get the proper assistance?

We don't want to lose the lists or prior transactions.

Ask your client to open their company file and hit CTRL+1 keys. How big is their Total Target?

Let me route you on the right path to help you migrate the files from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Power up QuickBooks.
  2. Find Help, then Click QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Click Help us.
  4. Provide a brief description of your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account.
  6. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
