Discontinue the install process

I was in the middle of setting the bank accounts during the install process of QuickBooks 2021 and we lost power. When I re-started quickbooks, it does boot up, but when I choose any menu option is spins off and nothing happens. I have waited at least 1 hour before restarting Quickbooks again. Any Suggestions?
