Hello and welcome to the Community, @ferrignv. I'm here to share some insights about the QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE) reconciliation feature.
The Reconcile option is only available in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop versions. You have the option to transition from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online. This will enable you to access the reconciliation feature going forward and transfer copies of QBSE reports to QBO.
