Hello there. I'm afraid that there's no link we can provide that allows you to download the QuickBooks application directly.

I understand how important it is for you to be able to download in your region so you can continue with your business tasks. However, due to the discontinuation of QuickBooks in France, the developer app listings will no longer be discoverable in the France app marketplace within our QuickBooks App Store.

Additionally, users of QuickBooks in France will no longer be able to utilize their QuickBooks products, and the connections to their QuickBooks integrations will no longer be accessible.

Follow the simple instructions below to change your Apple ID's country or region:

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > View Account
Next, tap Country/Region. When you're redirected to another page, tap Change Country or Region again.
Choose United States from the list of countries and agree to the terms and conditions
Enter your payment method, billing name, and billing address on the next page. Choose None under Payment Method, enter a US phone number, and make up a fake US address with a valid zip code—which you can search on Google—to fill the fields under Billing Address.
With this, you've successfully changed your current account's country or region. Now, go to the App Store, search for the app, and download it. While this method is simpler and less tedious, you'll need to meet the requirements below before Apple allows you to change your account's region:

You have to cancel any active subscriptions and wait till the end of the subscription.
You have to wait for any pre-orders, movie rentals, or season passes to complete.
You have to leave your Family Sharing group in case you're in one.
If you have some funds in your Apple ID, make sure to spend it all.
If none of these conditions apply to you, changing the country or region of your Apple ID should be no problem.

However, even if you've successfully downloaded an app that's unavailable in your country, chances are it may still not work because it detects your phone's location. In such cases, you can rely on a VPN to access the app.
