Good day, as1475. Let me provide some insights about the importing errors you've received in your email. By doing so, you can effortlessly import your trips.
Importing errors in QBSE may occur due to an incorrect file format, data type, and missing information. With this in mind, I recommend reviewing the file format you've used when importing your trips. See screenshot for visual reference.
Once you've identified the errors, you can import them to a separate file to avoid any duplicates or manually add the trips to QuickBooks. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Select Miles and edit the Date.
- (Optional) Add start and end addresses.
- Enter the distance in the Add miles field.
- Add a trip purpose note.
- When you're done, select Save.
