One thing you could do is Look up Case #[removed] as to why that payment got returned the last quarter. I am 99.9% sure this is not an "Insufficient funds" situation.
thank you

Quite disheartening to see this still hasn't been resolved 2 years later. This issue is serious and the engineers still haven't figured it out? Small businesses need every dime and it's held up because of some glitch that noone can fix.
Hi there, YvonneHa.
I hate to hear you're having some trouble. I want to make sure this error message is resolved for you.
For payment concerns, I recommend reaching out to the Support Team for more info. An agent will be able to take a closer look at your specific account details to see what's causing this issue, as well as escalate it further for you. Here's how to get in touch with the team:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, or begin a live chat session with an agent.

Feel free to reach back out here if you have any other questions or concerns.
So I had already reached out via chat AND phone and was advised that the "back office and engineers will have to help. I will escalate your case..." what that translates to is there is no fix and won't be one any time soon. This is the reason I came to the community to see what someone else was able to do. This problem appears to go back to at least 2018 based on the threads....
