How can you print the transaction listing?

Welcome to the Community.

I'll help you download transactions listing in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you want to download all your transactions, follow the steps below:

  1. From the left menu, select Transactions.
  2. Choose the date range of the list you need. You can choose Last year if you want to get all the transactions for last year or Custom date to add a specific start and end date to the list.
  3. Make sure to select the correct account by selecting from the Account dropdown.
  4. At the right-most of your screen, click the Download icon.
  5. You can then print the downloaded CSV file.

Also, if you need the tax details, you can run the Tax summary or Tax details report. Tax summary will show your taxable business profit, such as income minus deductions. It also includes totals for Schedule C. While the Tax details report is similar to the Tax Summary, it includes detailed transaction info by category.

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, go to Reports.
  2. Choose either Tax summary or Tax details by clicking the Download button.
  3. You can print the Excel file after downloading.

For future reference, you can read this article to help you learn more about where the other accounts will appear on various reports in the software: Schedule C and expense categories in QuickBooks Solopreneur and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you have questions about the transaction list in QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
