How do I print a chart of accounts

I can show you how to do this, jthoreson16.

To print the Chart of Accounts list, just follow these steps:

  1. Click Accounting on the left panel.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Above the ACTION column, click the Print icon.
  4. In the Print page, verify the copies that you need.
  5. Click the Print button.

If you need to print the contents of a particular account, here's how you can do it:

  1. From the Chart of Accounts list, find the account and then click the View register link in the far right.
  2. Above the BALANCE column, click the Print icon.
  3. Follow steps 4 and 5 above.

Just let me know if there are other reports that you want to print. I'll be right here to give you the steps.

How do I print a chart of accounts

Glad to have you here, Ed Berry,

Unexpected behaviors in QuickBooks Online are sometimes affected by issues in the browser. Have you tried logging in to a private window?

This platform doesn't save any data in the cache making it a great place to catch browser problems.

Use following keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N

Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P

Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P

Safari: press Command Shift N

If you're able to print there without any issues, go back to regular browsing and clear the browser's cache. This method removes the history to start with a clean slate.

Let me know what you find after following the steps or if you need further help. I'll be right here when you need additional assistance. Have a wonderful day!
