How do I resolve the "inactive items" error message when I try to run payroll? I can't get an answer out of support.
Migrated last month from standalone version. Since migrating, payroll will not run, throwing error message saying it's trying to use inactive items. Been on with support three times, and I can't get an answer out of them.
