I run QBDesktop from my local desktop. When I decided to try OneDrive, OneDrive immediately copied the QB files. if I understand it correctly, now QB is running from OneDrive. QB bombed out on me yesterday, which I assume was caused by the OneDrive situation. How do I disassociate my QuickBook files from OneDrive?
Hello there, @gene945741,
Desktop users can use OneDrive to save a backup copies of their file (.QBB). In your case, it looks like you restore the company file in the hosted environment, which is why all QB information is synced there.
We don't recommend saving or opening a company file (.QBW) due to some restrictions with the system requirements. QBW files has to be saved or stored locally to avoid errors.
