I am getting this from quickbooks"Something unexpected happened and we can’t connect to Chase. Try again in a few hours. (590)" But Chase is telling me it's connected.

How do I sync the accounts? It has been showing me this error for a month now!

When monitoring your bank transactions is important for maintaining the proper functioning of your account. An error like this typically points to a problem with your bank or the bank's server. When you see error 590, it means QuickBooks is unable to connect to your bank to retrieve transactions or other data.

 As it has been a month, I suggest reaching out to our Technical Support Team for further assistance, as they can investigate the matter further. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to (?) Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter the error in the description box and select Let's talk.
  4. Choose Chat or Callback.
