I resubscribed and it is not loading my company info.

The access to your company information will only be valid for one year after canceling your subscription, @joancoach4u. Let me elaborate further.

 

When you cancel your subscription, the access to your company information will remain valid for one year. If you resubscribe within this time frame, you can use the same account and continue using all your existing accounting info. 

 

However, if you don't resubscribe after one year, your company information will be deleted. You can still resubscribe using the same sign-in info, but your data won't be there.
