I want to upgrade from self-employed to the basic online version and I do not have the discount option available. How do I get the discount?

When I signed up for the self-employed version I was given three months at 50% off. Then I went to get a checking account and learned I need the online version. When I upgrade to the online version, I no longer see the discount available.
