Here https://community.intuit.com/articles/1767637-access-quickbooks-user-manuals-and-installation-guides...

there are also manuals for 2017 and 2016 but Intuit has yet to provide same for 2019, although new installation and setup remains the same despite some streamlining of upgrade process
