If you tried to upload a screen grab, it didn't make it.
Do you want to try again or maybe just describe what steps you got through and then where you got stuck.
Typically with the installation it will ask if the file is on the local computer or a server. And a few other generic questions. Then you'll eventually get a screen No Company Open.
- At that point click on the box below that says Open or Restore and Existing file.
- On the next screen pick if it's a Company File or if it's a Backup File.
- Next you point QBs to the file or BU you want to open.
REMEMBER... The file you're trying to open has to also be a QB2018 file! You can't open a newer one.
