Instructions for re-installing Windows QBDT after Windows 11 Update

I'm in the process of upgrading to WIndows 11. I was told I need to uninstall QBDT Pro Plus 2024 Enhanced Payroll and then reinstall it after the upgrade. Can someone point me to step-by-step instructions on this? Also, is there a way to get the payroll piece working again after the re-install without calling QB?

When upgrading to Windows 11, all your installed apps, including QuickBooks Desktop, will remain intact. Modern programs like QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 are already designed to be fully compatible with Windows 11. Therefore, there’s no need to uninstall and reinstall QuickBooks Desktop. That said, it’s always best practice to back up your company file before making any major system changes. it is recommended to save your company file on an external hard drive or USB flash drive so it’s safe and can easily be restored after the upgrade. If you decide to reinstall QBDT due to specific needs or preferences, follow these steps:
