IOS app not working

The iOS app no longer works and forces me to update to new version of app but when I tap the button to do so it takes me to app store and says the app is not available.

I can explain why you're unable to locate the application upon updating the QuickBooks Self-Employed Mobile app, @ziggyzag12.


The QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile app will not be available for download after March 24, 2024. Moreover, you'll only be able to access the application through the web and mobile web versions, which contain many of the same features as the mobile app.


Moreover, if you have downloaded the application from the Apple App Store before the aforementioned date, you'll be able to continue using the app. 


In your case, since you're unable to use the application due to a force update, we can troubleshoot that by uninstalling the application and reinstalling it afterward. You can find the app to redownload in your app store account history. To redownload the app, you must use the same app store account you used previously to download the app.
