Is anyone else having an ongoing issue adding and syncing Amex business credit cards with QBO--error code 591? It's been 2 weeks and they still have no fix.

I know how important to keep your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account updated with the latest Amex business credit card transactions, sean35. That's why I'm here to share the details about the error code 591 you've encountered. This way, you'll be informed of what actions you need to take care of this.

There are other users who are also experiencing the ongoing issue about Amex business credit cards in QBO. With this, our banking engineers created a product investigation to have it fixed as soon as possible.

To make sure you're in the loop about the investigation's status and its fix, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified via email once updates are available. You can provide the INV-46915 to our representative as your reference.

Once the issue is resolved, you can categorize the transactions to the correct accounts or match them with the existing entries. For the step-by-step guide, kindly refer to this article: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
