Is there a way to print the list of chart of accounts?

Let me guide you on how you can print your chart of accounts, sonja3.

QuickBooks Self-Employed is designed for business owners with simple business structures. If you want to print the Transactions menu, the ability to do so isn't possible. As an alternative, you can download them instead and open them from an Excel file so you can print them from there. I've added a screenshot for your guide:

However, if you have a QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, printing a list of your accounts is quick and easy. Here's how:

  1. Click Accounting on the left panel.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Above the ACTION column, click the Print icon.
  4. On the Print page, verify the copies that you need.
  5. Click the Print button.

Furthermore, QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) automatically downloads your recent transactions. Aside from that, you can also manually add single transactions. Learn from this article for more details: Manually Add Transactions In Quickbooks Self-Employed.
