Latest version of Quickbooks Online for Mac keeps crashing

I appreciate the information you provided, @angela94.

There are times when your app has a lot of data, which may cause random errors. In such cases, resetting the app's data can be a viable solution to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted business operations.

Let me guide you on how to reset the app's data. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu in the topmost part of the app.
  2. Click Reset App Data.
  3. Allow the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Once done, try to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app again.

If the issue persists, I recommend reinstalling your QBO desktop app. You can refer to this article: Download and use the QBO desktop app

Moreover, to gain further information on managing your app. You can check out this article: Create a desktop shortcut for QBO.

Please feel free to click on the reply button if you have any other QBO related queries or concerns. I will be delighted to assist you. Stay safe!
