Could you please provide the exact error message you encountered? This information will help us identify and resolve the issue. In the meantime, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account using an incognito browser. Sometimes, outdated cached data can cause discrepancies, such as transactions not appearing in your account.

 

You can use the following shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If it works fine in incognito mode, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, you can use an alternative supported browser.
