When I do direct deposit today and I received error warning code 2501. What should I do?

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose to Start messaging or Get a callback.

  4. Click Get Updates.
  5. Restart the software when the download is complete.
