My android app won't open, it comes up with different messages each time I try to sign in. I have used it once and then after that I can't get in to it. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I appreciate you for performing the initial troubleshooting steps to help resolve your login issue, @HelenOl. Rest assured that I've got the additional details you need to fix it, depending on the error you received.
If the error says, "Account not entitled.", your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription may be inactive. Make sure your account is active so you can log back in.
You might have no internet connection if the error says "Cannot login with a valid profile.". Be sure you're connected with a Network or Wi-Fi coverage area. Then, please sign back into your QBO account.
For more details, see the Sign in section through this article: Solve Common Errors In the Mobile App (Android).
However, if the same issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can check your account and determine the root cause of this issue. From there, they can also help you fix it. They are available from 6 AM - 6 PM (PST) every Monday to Fridays and 6 AM - 3 PM (PST) every Saturday. Just get their updated phone number from the article I provided above.
Moreover, I'd recommend visiting this website: Compare Mobile App Features. This link contains features that are supported on mobile devices. In your case, just go to the Android Phone or Android Tablet section.
Also, I'd appreciate if you can share with me the specific error you encountered when signing into your account. You can click the Reply button below to add some details. This helps me provide an appropriate resolution to help resolve it.
Please know that I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Have a great day, @HelenOl.
Hello there, HelenOl.
It's possible that our user access is customized or limited such as Reports or Time tracking only that's why we're unable to log in to your account using the app. In the meantime, we can use a regular browser in our mobile like Google Chrome in accessing our account.
However, if we're the Company or Master Admin of the account, we can update your QuickBooks app and the android operating system. Then, we can log in to your account. If the issue persists we can uninstall and reinstall the app.
Here's an article that we can check to know more about our QuickBooks Online mobile features that are supported on different mobile devices.
Please let me know how this works. I'm here to help!
Thanks for actively responding, @HelenOl.
At the moment, users will need to log in to the web version to use the time tracking feature as this feature is currently unavailable in the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
You might want to use TSheets or look for a third-party time tracking app in the App Store. You can go to the Apps menu in QuickBooks Online or visit these websites:
Let me know if you need anything else. I'd be glad to help you again.
