new server upgrade won't download on QB Mac 2024

Hi there, @ Jkm. Let me share some steps to help fix the error message.

Are you trying to update the QuickBooks server for Mac 2024? If so, we can reinstall the application on your computer to rectify the problem.

To start with, let's uninstall QuickBooks for Mac. Here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. From the Finder menu, select Go Applications.
  3. Drag the QuickBooks icon to the Trash.

After that, we can now reinstall the latest version. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to QuickBooks Downloads & Updates.
  2. Make sure to select the correct country, product, and version.
  3. Click Search and select Download to download the installer file.
  4. Double-click the .dmg file.
  5. Drag the QuickBooks icon to the Applications folder to install. To verify the update and check the release number, open QuickBooks and press Cmd+1.

Once done, try updating the QuickBooks Server for Mac again. To do so, proceed with these instructions:

  1. Go to QuickBooks [year] Server next to the Apple logo.
  2. Click Check for Quickbooks Server updates.
  3. Select Install Update.
  4. Click Install and Relaunch.

If you're still getting the same results, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Team. They can check the possible cause of the error message and provide you with a solution.
