Outh2 Access Token not working

Hi Team,

I am working on Quickbook online API authentication using Outh2 method.
For My sandbox instance I am able to generate Outh2 Access Token. But When I use it for any data Pull with Account API. It does not work. (Please find the document attached for steps I am following)

Please help me with solution.
