I had Quick Books WIndows 2012. Between then and now I changed to Mac. I also feel email address may have changed. When Mac updated OS I moved to QB Online. When I discovered what 5 General Ledgers would cost me I can not afford it. I have Win Backups updated with Mac on a USB. In installing the backups between asking for company ID and password I receive a continuous Wrong password or company ID. Please, Please can anyone assist me. I am about to lose 7 years worth of data.
Thank you Greatly for anyone that could assist me.
Thank you Again!
Michael

Thank you for your reply. Would you happen to have an address or name of the third party removal party system?
Thank you very much.
