QB POS 13 client install

It's possible that you may have selected the incorrect installer when installing QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) on your client's PC. Instead of installing the Pro Multi-Store version, it installed the Basic version.

To ensure that you install the Pro/Multi-Store version, please make sure you select the correct installer, which is Point of Sale Pro Multi-Store. Here's how:
 

1. Visit our Downloads & Updates page to download your version of QuickBooks Point of Sale.
2. Answer the prompt question.
   
   
    
3. Make sure to choose the Point of Sale Pro Multi-Store.
   
   
    
4. Follow the onscreen process.

I have done it all according to directions.    I found a solution .
