QB Time app

QB Time won't install properly on my phone. I've been using it for a few months without any problems, then starting last week it wouldn't open (it would just freeze on the loading icon after the face recognition phase). So I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I've now done this multiple times, even restarting my phone after deletion, and all I get is the screen in the attached photo.

 

I've looked for similar posts, and perhaps I missed it, but I can't find help on this particular issue. Any help would be appreciated. My iOS is up to date, and I'm downloading the app from the App Store.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps t get your QuickBooks Time mobile apps working, moleman1976

 

I appreciate you for performing some solutions to get this resolved. Let's make sure we update your phone's operating system (Android or iOS) every time you are notified that a new version has been released. See the Get the latest version of QuickBooks Time as soon as we notify you that a new version has been released. Then, try resting the app to refresh the connection. Before doing this, just make sure any timesheet data stored on your mobile device has been able to sync with the web app, otherwise, that timesheet data will be lost. Here's how: 

  1. On your mobile device, in the upper left, tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Tick Reset app.
  5. Tap Reset app again when prompted.

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contactig QuickBooks Time Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with this one. Here's how: 

  1. On your iOS device, if you haven't already, sign in to your QuickBooks Time account.
  2. Tap Settings or More,
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Click Help & Support, then choose one of the help options.
