QB Time to QBO Migration

Hello All - My company was previously using Desktop Pro2020 with payroll and Time (Tsheets) subscriptions.  We just signed up for QBO with Payroll premium which includes Time.  I am having issues importing the old Time sub into the new Time sub.  Tech support keeps giving me instructions on how to manually import my employees over using a spreadsheet but no instructions on how to transfer over previous time entries, Customers, Service items, etc that my old Time sub has.  Why can't I just do a full backup of Time (like doing a full backup of Desktop Pro) and import everything into my new Time sub?  Or, can I keep my old Time sub and integrate that with my current Payroll premium subscription?  I'm not a tech person but I really don't understand why this is so hard.  Every time I talk to tech support they seems just as lost as I am.  Could anyone please help me or let me know how to get in touch with a higher level of tech support?  Any and all help is much appreciated!!

Take care.

Jeff

QB Time to QBO Migration

Good morning, @Davis13

It's great to see you back in the Community. I can help point you in the right direction to get an answer to your migration question.

The good news is that we can connect the QuickBooks Time account. It can be a long process. However, our Customer Support Team has the tools to get your squared away.

The best thing to do is to call into support and ask to be escalated to this investigation: INV-00048. Afterwards, support will take all the information needed and link the original account to your QuickBooks Payroll.
