I'm here to assist you in getting around the issue so you can open your QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2023.
We can update your QBDT using a web patch for the latest release so you have the latest features and product improvements. You'll have to go to the Download page and select the version that you're using. I've outlined the steps below:
- Go to the Downloads & Updates page.
- From Select Country, choose your country.
- From Select Product, select your product.
- From Select Version, choose your version (year).
- Click Search.
- Hit Get the latest updates. When the download finishes, open the file to install the update.
- When the installation finishes, follow the on-screen instructions.
