Quickbooks Desktop Restore Company Backup File Not Working

When I go to restore a backup file on my Quickbooks Desktop, I get to the part where it says "Save Company File As". Once I change the filename and attempt to save it, nothing happens. It doesn't save the file as a new one, so I've tried repeating the process numerous times, and still nothing happpens.

I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. This way, an agent can use their tools to securely remote into your computer to investigate this matter further. The agent can also assist with restoring your backup file and making it the main company file. I've included the link to contact an agent below.
